We need to meet this week to approve any FINAL expenditures for "The Drowsy Chaperone." This would include Gussie and Gerties.
We'll have to meet after a rehearsal because we will not have time before a rehearsal. If some council members can't make it (because you're not in the show) it's okay. We just need at least 1/2 of you.
The Meeting will definitely be on Monday (probably right after rehearsal ends)
I have the invoice for photos and we should have the Gussie and Gertie's invoice. We need to approve both.
We also need to close out the program "fundraiser" and talk about opening week. We need to make sure that we have ALL days covered for ticket sales. I don't want any surprises, all though we can ask stage crew to help with this.
We also need to look at those lobby display plans, because that's the next thing that we need to get set up for the show.
We can also air any concerns that we have for the show. Those of you on council ,who haven't been active in the production, should really come on Monday and watch! It would be nice to hear comments from those who haven't watched it before. It could help us to focus on some things for our final rehearsal week. Then you'd already be here for the meeting. A win win!
You probably got the reminder by now, but we are meeting after rehearsal to meet and go over the final things we need to do before opening night next week. I really would like to see those council members who are not involved directly with the show because you do have responsibilities to take care of too!
