I'm guessing this is for Angela, Victoria, and Alexis.
Just a reminder from our own Drama Club constitution:
"All officers must be involved with both the productions (in any aspect) during their term plus with all other activities with the “Drama Club” name attached. Failure to do so will result in removal from office."
I would like to know now (before I cast the show) what "aspect" you plan on being a part of for the fall play.
I think this would be the first show where at least 1/2 of the Drama council didn't audition for the fall play which is just odd to me. I know you have reasons, but I want to make sure that you're planning on upholding your duties as council members.
If you can, BEFORE MONDAY, tell us what your plan for this show, that would be appreciated. Keep in mind the "fairness" factor with the rest of council in the show. Just selling tickets one night doesn't cut it. Putting up posters is great...but that's a one day thing too. Think of how you can be involved more in the show to help make it a success!
If you're named above and don't respond by Monday, you're confirming that you're not planning on upholding your duties. Before you think that's not fair (because you're reading this on Tuesday), remember that one of your jobs is to check the boards every day or two. You shouldn't have to be reminded via group chat or messenger or text of your job.
Thanks for your replies! Still waiting on one person who is technically late with her response.
Angela, there are a couple of spot where I'd like to add choreography to the play. If you notice in the script that I gave you, there are a couple of spot where characters go back in time to music. I think one of them is Time Warp from Rocky Horror and another is Year 3000 from the Jonas Brothers. Those are just two off the top of my head.
Victoria- Feedback would be awesome! It's always great to get "fresh eyes" watching the show. Putting up posters will also be helpful, so thanks for helping Alex.
IM LATE SORRY but i planned on helping out with organizing stage crew and lighting and sound because i know we didnt have much structure for it during shrek and a80P and i would love to help with setting up the staging and props and costumes
Thank Alex! We can use that help! We do have Nicole DuFour as our stage manager for this show, but I'm sure she can use help. Sound would be a big help, because I think we're going to be using microphones for this show plus there's a lot of music/sound effects.
