Again, a nice job today!
To remind you of tomorrow's plan:
Get mics, warm up and costumes all before 3:00. I'd like to start Act 2 at 3:00. We'll do the same thing as today, stopping and going as needed. Act 2 is in pretty good shape, so I don't anticipate a lot of starting and stopping aside from tech issues.
Afterwards, I'm giving you the time to focus on things that you think could use a little more work. It'll be our last chance to perfect things before the pit returns on Friday, and I'd like to have all issues addressed and fixed. It'll make Lock in that much enjoyable for you because we won't be stressing over too much show related.
So before I open up this thread to your thoughts on things to address, I have a public service announcement regarding mic tape:
MIC TAPE SHOULD BE THROWN AWAY EACH AND EVERY NIGHT AFTER YOU ARE DONE USING IT WE'RE FINDING IT ON THE FLOOR, THE RUG, THE SET, THE PROP CART AND UGH....THE PIANO.
We want to be able to use the mic tape, but we can't allow it if you can't properly dispose of it. It only takes a few seconds to take it off, walk to a garbage can and drop it in.
Okay, message done.
What do you want to focus on tomorrow? Let me know in the comments below.

I want to perfect Love is always Lovely!!
quick question, I’ve mentioned that the pause between the spit takes are awkward and very long and i was just watching some videos on YouTube (spit take scene) to see if I could get any ideas on what to do in that time and I’ve noticed that the majority of the time, Tottendale and Underling don’t freeze when the man is talking. Would it be posible for us to try that to save us some awkward silence?

It looks like (at least on the ones that I watched) that Underling is refilling the "ice water" each time the man talks. That makes perfect sense and would cut out the waiting for Underling to fill up the water each time. That way you don't have to freeze and Underling will have the "ice water" ready for Tottendale to drink as soon as the man stops talking. Let's work that today. Good one!

I would really like work on "Show Off" and and plane transition for "I Do, I Do" Added to the list. I'm not sure if Emmaline will see this, but after viewing "Show Off" more times than anyone should on Youtube from different productions last night, I don't think we can ask to pit to "fill in the time" while Janet does the costume change. The whole point of the quick change (and it needs to be a quick change) is that it's just another way for Janet to "show off." If we can't do the quick change that quick, we may want to rethink the 2nd costume choice for this scene. I like the outfit, but if Emmaline can't "quick change", it's not going to work. I suggest looking at those videos too and seeing how they were managed. For a few of them, Janet has costume 2 already on under costume one, but both are dresses.

Read it, I agree with Cohleen, the transition of the plane in "I do, I do" would be a good thing to practice, because it looks like they struggle so much with getting out. Also "Show off" I need to get the damn plate on time, I struggle with it but I know I can get it down.

I agree with everyone on working on Show Off and I do I do! As much as I hate to say it, we should probably run through Toledo a couple of times to really get down all of the kicks and party noises and singing and general stuff.

Hey Klem I saw your post and I have two ideas we either have to get a new outfit or I could turn the jumpsuit into a romper. The real issue with the romper is that the legs are too skinny for me to get my heels into. I'm leaning towards the second option as it doesn't cost anymore money and is a quick change that I can do before Friday.
