This is one of the ways you can communicate to me, your director, if you can't make it to rehearsal.
The other ways include texting me at 425-328-9153 (don't call), emailing me at Roy_Klementsen@msvl.k12.wa.us or telling me using Google Classroom.
Do not tell someone to tell someone to tell someone to tell me that you can't be here. That rarely works. Also, don't just not show up.
Do notice on the calendar posted on Google classroom that you are not required to be here for all rehearsals unless you have one of the larger roles. Please try to schedule any doctor/dentist appointments on those off days. We really need you to be present to keep the show on schedule. If you are sick or have a family emergency, those are completely valid excuses.
We do have a 3 strikes policy though. If you miss more than 3 rehearsals, we may have to drop you from the show. 3 rehearsals represents 10% of all rehearsals and that's an awful lot to miss. Our best productions happen when most cast members are here at most rehearsals. Those of you that worked on "Beauty and the Beast" last year know that we could've had an even better show if we had rehearsals with everyone required present. We went months without a full cast and we had problems that could've been prevented with more cast dedication.
If you have any questions, please just ask me or your President Morgan!
We only have 4 rehearsals left until we open the show. Please try to not miss any more rehearsals if possible. Lighting didn't get a decent rehearsal today because Kaeli had to leave at 3:45. So we didn't have lights for Act Two.
