For those of you new (or not paying attention over the past few years), Playbill is the company that creates the programs for Broadway Shows.
They also create the programs for High School Shows.
For the 4th year in a row, we'll be using them to create the program for the spring musical. I've got all of your info input into it, but I need some assistance to fill in some blanks and to clarify names. My goal is to get this thing 100% finished, so we can have it sent out for printing before spring break.
From the clipboard-
For stage crew I have: Sequoia Good, Mathias Quinn, Heidi Cervantes, Cassie Peterson, Criscia Punaldi and Dianna Stephenon This is from the sign up list. If someone doesn't show up Monday, we'll have time to erase names. We can also add names.
For Lights I have: Zack Shalo, Finn Bazaldun and Michael Fret
For Sound I have: (no names written down)
I also do not have a stage manager name listed
Kesler is giving the info for pit.
We also have a Thank you page- If you have a name of anyone or a company who went above and beyond for the show that is not on cast and crew, we'll list them here.
For now we have : Stadium High School, Value Village, MP administration (Rose, etc), Ms Jones (our bookkeeper/cashier) and Mr Roehl.
We need to list our choreographers, but I only have 1st names. Help?
Ashlyn- If you want to do a paragraph of assistant director comments, you're more than welcome to share the director's page.
It would be really cool if we can do a cast picture (with our without costumes) for not only this, but for publicity.
That's all I need for now. I'll keep asking for help as I come across things.
