If you did this for "Awesome 80's Prom" you do not need to do another one.
If you were not in "Awesome 80's Prom" you need to fill one out and return it ASAP. They are located on the piano in MC-8. IF you fill one out, we'll be able to use your face in publicity. If you don't...it'll be like you don't exist. We'll have to blur out your face.
It's a really simple form. You can leave completed papers on my desk.
