This post is from the future. Or is it?
Just a heads up on what we're doing on Monday:
We're probably going to take the first 15 minutes or so to train our tech and stage crew, so we will not be starting right at 2:30. They'll need to know the basics, and we'll be filling in jobs for them as they come up during the show.
During that 15 minutes or so, be sure to check your props and if you are using costumes this would be a good time to start thinking about possibly wearing them (or parts of them). You should have all costume pieces by Thursday. ALL props for the show will be here Monday, so be sure to look for things like the "KICK ME" sign and the "pie." I should not see any scenes where props are not being used when they should be on stage. No more invisible time turners! This won't go smoothly on Monday, so don't worry about it. That's part of what Monday is for. Also, grab your microphones!
Try not to rush through the show. We will be stopping on purpose to work on the technical side. I know that Kaeli had a note yesterday about some of the transitions. You've been doing them without lights, but you can't rush through the scene changes where the years change. That's just another thing we'll work on. We'll probably pause between certain scenes to set some things up, so expect a little bit of waiting around.
Expect us to go right up to 5:00.
If you have any questions or concerns, this would be the place to ask them! Ask before Monday though!
No need to respond to this, because I'm going to blindly assume that everyone did. Remember I can check your log in stats, so I may question anyone who doesn't show any logins after October 24th...
