This is it.
The 2 weeks before opening night date!
This week we should get ALL of the posters off of the platform in my classroom and up around the schools and the town.
When I come back from New York on Tuesday morning, I don't want to find one poster left in my room.
There are no rehearsals on Thursday and Monday, so those would be great days to get them out into the public view!
Remember this is your show, so if you don't spread the word about it...who will? We need an audience...to help pay for those expensive microphones we just ordered.

Also Getchell Friends, is there anyway we can get posters around yo school? Because I am in a state where I will illegally go into each building and put up posters. But seriously if buildings are unlocked after school I will get posters from Coach and blast my way to Getchell. (i also have no prior knowledge if you already have posters up, sooooo if you do please tell me cause that would be embarrassing)

No posters are up yet I think and I got one in a comic store a lot of people go to and ima get one in the outlet mall at fuego

posters are not up at getchell! i can probably do it on monday but i would need someone to grab some from the classroom for me incase i can’t get there in time before the sun leaves

It's one week later and I have almost the same amount of posters on the platform that we had last week when we needed to get these out!
I shouldn't have to point out the obvious, but if people don't know about your show...they won't show up. People not showing up (that would've shown up if they had known about it) = money lost for your club. Money lost for your club = less money to put on "Beauty and the Beast."
Great job with the Facebook campaign though! That's being spread around. Now we need to catch those that aren't online too!

Everett comic and cards
Fred Myers
grocery outlet said they would run some more copys them selves to put a ton up in the store
Whits end book store
Library said they would put one up
and possibly one at fuego in the outlet mall
I can also help put some at gettchel if someone can help me I have second lunch

Morgan had some great ideas about papering the elementary schools with posters.
This really should be a team effort from the entire council (but especially from our P.R. person). I still see a LOT of posters in my room from a show that opens in less than a week!
